Terrence Ross Claims Kobe Bryant the GOAT After Conclusion of ‘The Last Dance’

On Sunday, the fantastic documentary series “The Last Dance” came to its conclusion.

While the series has urged many to reassert their belief that Michael Jordan was the greatest NBA player of all time or GOAT, Orlando Magic veteran Terrence Ross made it clear that his personal GOAT is still Los Angeles Lakers icon Kobe Bryant.

“The Last Dance” has served as a way for fans and athletes alike to remain connected to the game of basketball since the 2019-20 season was suspended due to the novel coronavirus back in March.

The documentary series has also served as a way for fans to remain connected to the late Bryant since his tragic passing back in January.

In fact, the fifth episode of the documentary series featured a one-on-one interview with Bryant where he talked about his close relationship with Jordan. The episode itself was dedicated to Bryant’s memory.

Through Ross’ statement, it seems clear that he is a huge fan of both Bryant and Jordan. In fact, it’s likely that he considered the very words that Bryant offered in the documentary when he spoke about how he felt when fans compared him to Jordan.

“I truly hate having discussions about who would win one-on-one,” Bryant said in the interview. “You heard fans saying, ‘Hey Kobe, you’d beat Michael one-on-one,’ and I feel like, ‘Yo, what you get from me is from him.’

“I won’t get five championships here without him because he guided me so much. He gave me so much great advice.”
