Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is keeping tabs on the opening weekend of the National Football League.

After former Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown was released by the team on Saturday morning, Kuzma astutely predicted on social media where the controversial wideout would end up: the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.

Kuzma’s prediction proved to be correct, with Brown himself indicating on social media that he was signing with the Patriots.

Brown’s signing means that he’ll be on the receiving end of passes from Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who has led the team to all six of their Super Bowl titles. Brady has played in a total of nine Super Bowls, including four of the last five matchups.

The addition of Brown could help put Brady’s number of visits to the title game into double digits.

The 24-year-old Kuzma is set to begin his third season with the Lakers when training camp begins later this month. While he played college basketball at the University of Utah, he graduated from high school in Philadelphia. That city’s NFL team, the Philadelphia Eagles, defeated the Patriots in Super Bowl LII in February 2018.
