Summer is officially over. The Los Angeles Lakers’ preseason has started, and their biggest offseason acquisition has scored his first field goal of the exhibition season.

Anthony Davis’ first points as a Laker came on a tip-in off a missed layup from LeBron James.

Davis was acquired from the New Orleans Pelicans in a monster three-way trade in early July. Last season he averaged 25.9 points, 12.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.4 blocks per game.
