The Los Angeles Lakers have been without veteran guard Avery Bradley since he injured his leg versus the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday.
While he is currently listed as questionable for Friday night’s game against the Miami Heat, Bradley is confident he’ll be ready to go.
There was some fear that Bradley had sustained a more serious injury, as is often the case when a player is forced to leave the court with a lower leg injury. Luckily, X-rays following the game showed no structural damage.
So far this season, Bradley has averaged 10.7 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. He had arguably his best game of the season versus the Spurs despite playing just 27 minutes. He had recorded 16 points and three rebounds before leaving the contest.
The Lakers would be grateful to have Bradley back on Friday night as they take on a Heat team that has gotten off to a hot start to the 2019-20 season.
