Davis, 27, is in his first season with the Lakers.
The 6-foot-10 power forward is posting 26.7 points, 9.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game this season. Furthermore, his superb production is a big reason why the Lakers currently have the top record in the Western Conference.
However, while Lakers fans are already blessed with Davis’ activity on the court, it’s his contributions off the floor that have impressed everyone in Los Angeles.
As a matter of fact, Davis has really embraced his new team. In early March, he joined a partnership with the Lakers to teach the importance of financial literacy.
The All-Star is expected to become a free agent this summer and sign a multi-year deal with the Lakers.
