The rumor mill regarding Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is starting to pick up pace.
According to a Monday report, the Sacramento Kings have interest in the third-year star.
Sacramento is among the teams that has tried to engage the Lakers in Kyle Kuzma trade talks, league sources say. The Kings know they would have to include sharpshooter (and soon-to-be restricted free agent) Bogdan Bogdanovic, for starters, in a Kuzma deal

Kuzma’s 2019-20 season got off to a very slow start, and he is currently averaging just 11.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game this season.
That being said, his game has been picking up as of late, and he has averaged 14.0 points per game over his last 10 outings.
Still, he has struggled to find consistency this season and has started in just one contest of the 27 games he has suited up for.
As for Kings sharpshooter Bogdan Bogdanovic, who would likely be part of any deal, he’s averaging 14.5 points on 38.3 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
A swap of the two players would likely be considered a home run deal for the Lakers.
As for Kuzma, his departure would mark yet another sacrifice made by the Lakers front office in pursuit of a championship.
