Vanessa Bryant Emotionally Reflects on Kobe’s Last Game: ‘Life Truly Isn’t Fair’
- Updated: April 13, 2020
The widow of Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant is still struggling through the loss of her beloved husband and daughter.
On Monday, Vanessa Bryant took to Instagram to pour her heart out over the pain of the “senseless” loss of her two family members.
Along with her message, Vanessa Bryant remembered her husband’s final NBA game, which took place exactly four years ago on Monday.
Vanessa Bryant has been vocal about her deep sense of loss since the passing of her husband and their daughter, Gianna.
While she has shown incredible poise in many moments, there have also been moments where it is very clear that she is still in a state of shock months after the fateful helicopter crash occurred.
The shock she is still feeling is understandable. While the NBA had rallied around the entire Bryant family shortly after the crash, the pause in action due to the novel coronavirus has limited the NBA’s ability to continue honoring Kobe and Gianna Bryant’s memory over the past month.
Hopefully, Vanessa Bryant will find a way to one day heal from the tragic loss of her husband and daughter.
However, until that day comes, there is no doubt that Lakers fans everywhere will be grieving with her and trying to offer what strength they can.
