Video: LeBron James Hilariously Celebrates Championship With Son’s AAU Team

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James celebrated his son’s AAU team’s title-clinching win this weekend as though it was his own NBA championship.

James couldn’t help but join the happy squad as they took photos after taking home the trophy.

LeBron James Jr. took the North Coast Blue Chips to a championship as his world famous father actively watched from the sidelines. This was the younger James’ final appearance at the Big Time Hoops tournament in Las Vegas, and he made the most out of it.

The elder James is probably more than entitled to the photo op with the kids. Not only did he show support multiple times, but he also pumped up his son’s team by joining them recently in layup lines for a few exhibition dunks.

A championship in the professional ranks is something that the three-time Finals MVP is quite familiar with, an accomplishment that could be in the cards for his son someday. For now, James Jr. is content to win titles at this level. He will be playing high school basketball at Sierra Canyon School next year.
