Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis will miss Tuesday night’s game versus the Indiana Pacers due to an ankle injury.
This will mark just the second game Davis has missed this season, as he has managed to remain quite healthy while averaging 34.4 minutes per game.
The Lakers will surely miss Davis and his 27.4 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.6 blocks per game he’s been averaging this season. That’s especially true considering that the Pacers have been on a tear as of late, winning 11 of their last 14 contests.
Davis’ injury does not seem severe, but with this report comes a fear that he will not be able to go in the Lakers’ Thursday night game versus the Milwaukee Bucks.
Davis’ absence on Thursday would be a major loss for NBA fans everywhere, as the game features the two best teams in the NBA right now.
Either way, the Lakers will surely look to continue their road dominance in Tuesday’s and Thursday’s games before heading back to L.A. for a Sunday matchup against the Denver Nuggets.
