Former Laker Says Kyle Kuzma Disrespected LeBron James, Guarantees He Gets Traded

The trade rumors surrounding Kyle Kuzma have been picking up, and one former Los Angeles Lakers player thinks Kuzma’s fate in L.A. has already been sealed.

Brian Shaw recently joined Yahoo Sports’ “The Bounce” to share his thoughts on Kuzma’s future in L.A.

When asked if LeBron James has already given Kuzma the kiss of death, Shaw’s answer was short and sweet.

“Oh, no question,” he said.

Over the last week or so a handful of rumors have come out regarding the Lakers’ willingness to trade Kuzma.

Other reports have detailed potential players they may be interested in acquiring via trade.

While these reports should be taken with a grain of salt, NBA fans know that where there is smoke, there is typically fire.

Kuzma has spent his entire NBA career with the Lakers. In three seasons, he has averaged 16.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.

Still, Kuzma has struggled to find consistency on this year’s roster. He is currently coming off the bench and averaging just 11.8 points per game on the season.

It would be sad for many fans to see Kuzma go. He has been a fan favorite since his impressive rookie season.

Still, if trading him away helps the Lakers’ chances of winning a title this season, it stands to reason that most fans would be happy to see a deal get done.
