Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James exited Tuesday night’s contest against the Golden State Warriors with what appeared to be a severe groin strain.

James was seen telling the training staff that he heard a “pop” in his groin. However, a recent report by Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports is saying that the injury isn’t considered serious and it could have been much worse.

According to another report by ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, James is considered day to day for now, but will receive an MRI to get a fuller picture of the injury.

James left the game with 17 points, 13 rebounds, and five. assists. The Lakers take on the Sacramento Kings next on Thurday night.
