In his 17th season in the NBA, LeBron James is continuing to prove he’s far from washed up.
In the second quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday, he produced a highlight reel play.
Although James, to a certain extent, appears to be pacing himself as he nears his 35th birthday, he still seems to have plenty left in his tank.
From time to time this season, he’s revved himself up and thrown down some nasty dunks.
The four-time NBA MVP came into Sunday’s contest averaging 25.6 points and 7.0 rebounds a game. He’s also contributing 10.7 assists a game, which is tops in the league.
He’s also among the league leaders in dunks with 32 in the Lakers’ first 23 games.
At 20-3, the Purple and Gold are elite in almost every facet of the game, although they have shone particularly bright on the defensive end and with their transition game.
