LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers put on a show in front of all-time Lakers great Kobe Bryant on Sunday night.
Bryant sat courtside for the game versus the Atlanta Hawks, and his former team did not disappoint.
Late in the fourth quarter, James jacked up a deep three-point shot and nailed it. There’s little doubt James was purposefully trying to impress Bryant and the rest of the raucous Staples Center crowd. At the time of the shot, the Lakers were already up 112-93.

The Lakers went on to cruise to an easy victory over the Hawks, 122-101. James finished the night with 33 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds. Six other Lakers players finished the night with double-digit point totals.
Things are all clicking for the Lakers at the moment. James putting on yet another dominant display with Bryant in the audience is just another indication of that.
Once again, it seems like L.A. is at the center of the basketball world.
Up next, the 11-2 Lakers will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
