The Los Angeles Lakers have been thin in the backcourt due to injuries nearly all season, but luckily they’ll get some relief starting on Wednesday.
Guard Avery Bradley is set to return from injury for Wednesday’s game versus the Orlando Magic.
Several weeks ago, it was revealed that Bradley had suffered a hairline fracture in his right leg. However, it looks like his rehab went as planned.
Bradley has dealt with a number of injuries already this season and has played in just 10 games thus far. In those games, he has averaged 9.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.
Bradley’s return comes at the perfect time, as fellow veteran guard Rajon Rondo is dealing with a hamstring injury at the moment.
Bradley hasn’t played since the Lakers throttled the Golden State Warriors on Nov. 13, 120-94. The Lakers have gone 12-1 since that time.
Still, the Lakers will be happy to have the contributions of Bradley back on the court.
